"Mini Yogi and Me" Children/Caregiver Yoga
The “Mini Yogi and Me” class is suitable for children ages 1-5 and their caregiver. This class is all about celebrating our unique differences, respecting our autonomy over our bodies and our learning, and fostering well-being in an inclusive, safe, interactive, and fun environment. Each class there will be opportunities for engaging games, playful yoga sequences, interactive breathing exercises, and relaxation/mindfulness activities to nurture the whole child and their caregiver. This class will be a great introduction to the benefits of yoga for families who are curious about the practice. We will learn about self-regulating tools to help navigate big feelings, develop kinesthetic awareness, inspire creativity, play, and connection with others, and the list goes on!

All Levels Vinyasa Yoga
This vinyasa class is intended to be a safe, inclusive space for everybody and every body to experience the practice and benefits of yoga. Expect to move through a series of postures that help build heat and release stuck energy. We will use the breath to stay grounded in the present and transition fluidly throughout the practice. Class ends with restorative postures to help you recharge and leave feeling more mindful and less mind“full” as you move into the rest of your week. Hope to see you on your mats!
